CFNQ Open Day

OPEN DAY AND WOD CHALLENGE
Sunday 26th September 8am – ?? Probably 2pm depending on number of entries.

The WOD challenge is open to everyone, CrossFitters and non CrossFitters alike.

You will get about 3 WODs throughout the day

$35 entry fee includes event T-shirt and Lunch ( make sure you get your entries in before 14th to ensure you get the size shirt you want).
Spectators FREE.
