CrossFit Group Classes

Our classes are capped at 12 people.

We keep our classes small so we can focus on quality small group training.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

OTHER CLASS TYPES OFFERED (various fee structures independent of CrossFit Group Classes apply to these sessions):

  • Trainers WOD: Join with our trainers on Fridays for a workout. Please feel free to join in (but note this is an unsupervised session as the trainers will be completing the days WOD)
  • Over 50’s Aqua & CrossFit: Sessions run as part of Townsville Councils Active and Healthy Seniors Program
  • Aqua Fitness (sessions offsite): Water based exercise utilizing both strength and cardio aspects in a low impact environment.
    Summer Aqua (September -May) @ Riverway, Kirwan
    Winter Aqua (June – August) @ Castle Hill PCYC, Heated Pool Cnr Hugh and Harold Street, Belgian Gardens.
