Joining is EASY!


One of the most common questions we get is "Do I need to be fit to start? "

The Simple answer is NO,That is why we are here. To help you get as fit as possible as fast as possible.

When you walk through our doors you have walked into a coached environment, focused on helping you improve. It is possible that you may need the workouts scaled to your current fitness levels and abilities. About 80% of the time we have to modify the workouts for members. Scaling, as this modification is called, is normal and actually helps improve your progress,  it makes the workouts doable , but not easy ;)

CrossFit has alot of skills, movements and lingo that you may not have done or used before but don't let that scare you. To ensure everyone has the best opportunity to succeed and meet there goals we require everyone to start with either a Fundamentals or Introductory Course, think of it like your CrossFit Beginners Boot Camp.

 

There are 3 Options for starting

 

Group fundamentals ($85 per person)

All you need to do to start with us is send an email to crossfitnq@gmail.com or call/text Fiona on 0423110175 to confirm a spot in our introductory sessions.

These start once a month and run for 3 one hour sessions over the course of that week. Our Intro Classes are conducted as small group sessions (no more than 8 participants) with one of our highly qualified and friendly coaches.

The cost of the intro week is just $85.00, and better yet, your following week of classes is FREE!

Be sure to send your email in the week prior to your intended start week to confirm your place.

These Group Introductory classes cover techniue and skill work for  both CrossFit and Strength Club memberships

 

Express Introductory Workshop ($85 per person)

These 2 hour workshops are aimed at those who already are already have a good basic fitness level or are regulars at the gym /bootcampetc, but have never done CrossFit or Weightlifting before , but want to start. These sessions are also suitable for those who have been doing CrossFit on their own

 

These run each Saturday and  run for 2 hour sessions . Our Intro Classes are conducted as small group sessions (no more than 6 participants) with one of our highly qualified and friendly coaches.

The cost of the intro week is just $85.00, and better yet, your following week of classes is FREE!

 Personal Introduction ( POA)

3 x 60 min  Personal sessions with a CrossFit Coach to get you up to speed on the fundamental CrossFit Movements movements. All the movements that are covered in the Group course are covered here,

At the conclusion of your three intro sessions

 

These programs are aimed at teaching you the fundamental CrossFit Movements & Developing these and other techniques needed to perform the workouts with safety and efficiency before joining our WOD classes

 

Transfer

If you have already completed an Intro or fundamentals course at another CrossFit Affiliate you should be right to join in with our classes. Just have your old coach email us to introduce you or do a Movement assessment with one of our coaches POA
