Weightlifting & Powerlifting

Sessions coming in 2016.

  Strength Club will focus on Weightlifting and/or Powerlifting to improve strength for CrossFit and or to compete in these strength Sports.

Qualified Coaches from each Sport will be on hand to program and coach you through your program.
