STRENGTH CLUB

Weightlifting & Powerlifting

  Strength Club will focus on Weightlifting and/or Powerlifting to improve strength for CrossFit , other sports  or to compete in these strength sports.

Qualified Coaches from each Sport will be on hand to program and coach you through your program.

 

  THURSDAY 4:30pm -6:30pm ( Coached)

+ Any Open Box Sessions ( Un-coached)

4:30-5:30pm weekdays

8:30-10:30 Saturdays

 

 

MEMBERSHIP Options

Strength Club sessions are included in CrossFit North Queensland, CrossFit memberships

Strength Club ONLY Membership $35 per week (direct debit via ezidebit)

Casual Strength Club session for non CFNQ members $15 per session

(To Qualify for Casual sessions you must have completed CrossFit or Lifting Introductory Program, please contact us to see if this is a suitable option for you)
