Introductory Program
Due to skill level involved in CrossFit everyone must complete this program before joining the Group Workout Sessions. It involves 3 one-on-one personal training sessions introducing you to the basic movements and skill of CrossFit, to prepare you for the group workout classes.
CrossFit Workout Classes
The CrossFit Group Workouts are the main classes held at CrossFit NQ. They consist of varied exercises performed at maximum intensity, and can include a combination of running, pullups, pushups, squats, dips, weightlifting, rope climbs and more. The focus is on maximum intensity (max effort) while maintaining good form. This the true “bang-for-your-buck” workout. Warmup, cool down and skill work is also included in these 60min classes. Olympic Weightlifting Classes
Olympic weightlifting has no equal in it’s ability to improve strength. These weightlifting classes teach you the fundamental olympic weightlifting techniques, as well as other complementary powerlifting movements, to help you in developing maximum strength and power.
Aqua Aerobics
Classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels (even pregnancy). Sessions are held at Riverway Lagoon and Tobruk Pool, and provide a fun low impact, cardiovascular and muscle toning workout.
