Olympic Weightlifting Classes
Olympic weightlifters are among the strongest people in the world. The movements used in olympic weightlifting have no equal in their ability to produce raw strength and powerful people.

At CrossFit NQ we offer weightlifting classes to teach you the fundamental weightlifting techniques, as well as other complementary powerlifting movements, to help you in developing maximum strength and power.
These courses are suitable for everybody… from those interested in improved health for daily activities to serious athletes looking for the highest gains in muscle strength and athleticism.
Absolutely no experience is necessary. We will walk you through the movements step-by-step, and provide constant advice to help you tweak your form and move up to bigger weights.
We also offer instruction on kettlebells and other forms of weightlifting if the olympic movements are not for you.
You do not need to be a regular CrossFit member or have gone through the Introductory Course.
