WHOLE LIFE CHALLENGE

The concept is simple.

Each day during the 6-week Challenge, you and your teammates get points for completing each of the 7 Daily Habits:

  • Nutrition nutrition    Eat nutritious, healthy foods from your food list
  • Exercise exercise     Be active 10 minutes a day
  • Mobilize Mobilize     Stretch 10 minutes a day
  • Sleep    Sleep      Sleep for a duration you select, one that leaves you feeling rested
  • Hydrate Hydrate      Drink ounces of water equal to your body weight (in pounds) ÷ 3
  • Well-BeingLifestyle    Learn weekly practices to help you feel happier and more connected
  • ReflectReflect         At the end of each day, write briefly about how the day went

 

You can just play online or join us for classes.

You pick your goals , your meals and how you exercise.
