These Workshops are aimed at those who already have a good basic fitness level or are regulars in the gym, but never done CrossFit before or for those who are self trained in CrossFit
These 2 hour workshops are a streamlined version of our Full Beginners Course .You will still go through the same movements , CrossFit methodology and exercises as the full Beginners course. This workshop allows our coaching staff to assess your current fitness level as well as identify limitations or injuries you may have as well as for you to learn terms and techniques before jumping feet first into group classes
There will be no WOD ( workout of the Day) but plenty of technique practice,so come ready to sweat.
The Cost of the Workshop in $75 and During January we are also giving a Bonus Weeks Membership ( valued at $50) when you sign up for an Express Introductory Workshop .
