We believe in CrossFit for Life, not just competition. You don't need to be a high level athlete to benefit from CrossFit our members range in age from 4 - 70 yrs young.

 

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at a relative high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.

These are the core movements of life.

 

What sets CrossFit North Queensland apart from other CrossFits in Town is that our classes are capped at a maximum of 12 people so you will never be lost in the crowd.
